Mirror Wills

Two coordinated Wills for spouses or partners, drafted together in a single process.

In Ontario there are two types of Powers of Attorney: for Property and for Personal Care. All fees are plus HST.

Power of Attorney for Personal Care

Appoint someone to make healthcare decisions on your behalf

Both Powers of Attorney together

Prepare both PoAs for Property and Personal Care in one engagement

Four PoAs, including Property and Personal Care, handled in a single engagement

Complex matters are quoted individually. The flat fees above apply to standard estate planning situations. Matters involving blended families, business interests, secondary Wills for probate planning, trusts beyond standard testamentary provisions, or cross-border assets may require a custom quote. We'll always discuss scope and fees before any work begins — no surprises.
